After a small error at check-in assigning out room (they gave us the wrong room number so our key didn't work) it was a nice stay. Room was clean and good size. Only real problem was a noisy neighbor, but after I called the front desk it was resolved quickly.

They do NOT clean the rooms before you get there. When we arrived, our sink was filled with water, shaving cream, and hair. Our microwave was disgusting and due to this, we didn’t use it. The lock on our bathroom didn’t work, our room keys only worked after about 15 attempts every time entering the room. I wouldn’t say this place is better than any hotel…I guess it beats a motel…but not by much.

Was fine overall for because hard to find a good hotel for the GenCon weekend. Breakfast was good. We didn’t use pool, but it looked nice. Room was listed as a 1bedroom king suite with whirlpool. Sounded nicer than actually was. Just really …

Front desk manager Venkata Nattam was very rude and disrespectful. Customer service was horrible. Rather would’ve stayed at red roof inn honestly for the way my friends and I were treated. Told us that since we had 4 guests the price would’ve been more for the room? Never knew we were being priced per person. We were out of our room majority of the time so for him to have been watching us that closely to somehow “know” who exactly was sleeping in the room was VERY concerning. When we were done checking out we were waiting on our Uber in the lobby & he definitely pushed us out called the police . Which was wild.. Would NOT recommend staying here! Made me and my girls very uncomfortable!!! Spend your money elsewhere. 0/10 . Location was decent though.

I have pictures and video! I was switched 3 times to different rooms! The first one had a cockroach in the pillow! The second had filthy stains! The third had blood stains and urine in the covers! And even they switched us to third room... they couldn't

This hotel isn’t anything spectacular. It is however clean, comfortable, the rooms are large and well stocked and the staff is helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was good, though lacking a bit in the hot breakfast. Will stay again
